My path to coaching didn't start in a boardroom — it started with a fascination for what helps people feel safe enough to grow.
I studied Psychology, then earned my Master's in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting at NYU. Over 8+ years across hospitality, FinTech, MediaTech, non-profits and startups — from Tbilisi to London to New York — I've built and coached teams, led Agile transformations, and sat with leaders in their hardest moments.
